Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing after your order has been placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. The following table outlines the available methods and their estimated timeframes. These timeframes begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed, and are estimates provided by the carrier. Transit times may vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 Business Days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 Business Days
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 Business Days (Must be placed before 12 PM EST on a business day)
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on the total weight of the items in your cart and the shipping destination. Your exact shipping cost will be displayed and calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase. We occasionally offer free standard shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Please note that reshipping the order will incur additional shipping charges.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses using expedited shipping methods. Standard shipping must be used for all P.O. Box deliveries. We do ship to APO/FPO addresses using USPS Priority Mail; please allow additional time for delivery.

While we provide estimated delivery windows, Mitchell & Ness cannot be held responsible for delays that occur once a package is in the possession of the shipping carrier. We are not liable for any weather-related or unforeseen transit delays that may affect delivery.
